I kind of want to post these before pictures, but I’m a bit apprehensive. I’m actually a little bloated in them so it looks more like I looked about 6 months ago…but still. BLEECH!

I’ve been doing a juice/vegan deal for about a week now and I’m telling you my energy is through.the.roof. There is something to be said about taking what you have to make what you need. God gave it all too us already. Amen and Ashe.
